Where to begin with the shocking service levels. Choose this place as it was dog friendly, came in for a late lunch on a very hot day. We tried to order 2 burgers, messy fries, a bottle of beer, cocktail and a coke zero through the app but this kept failing. Eventually a waiter came, he literally took a photo of our order, so he had a picture of it. Impossible to mess up you might think.... also asked for a bowl of water for the dog. The first time I got takeaway so oka but not great by time I got home chips a bit undercooked so I thought I would eat in I did ask for chips to be well done to which the waiter laughed and made a smug remark but to be fair amazing dirty fries and burger really nice and reasonable price thought I would go back again asked for fries to be well cooked undercooked for me and luke warm I personally like my food warm unfortunately has put me of going back how hard can it be to get warm cooked chips also went to toilet kitchen staff was in there great to see him wash his hands only problem when I went to wash mine no soap in dispenser disappointed because when food warm was amazing
Cocktails at Hop House Bangor , don’t bother , ordered 2 Mai Tai Cocktails £8 each , tasted like alcohol free drinks , complained and demanded the replacement be mixed in front of me , bar man used a premixed plain bottle which in insured me contained Bacardi Cointreau premixed , he proceeded to put 2 measures of this premixed bottle in a cocktail shaker with juice etc , when I tasted the 2nd batch , they were a little stronger than the 1st but still not right , I asked why real measures of Bacardi Cointreau where not used and he said for speed in a half empty bar

Took a spontaneous trip with my mate and our two dogs to Bangor and found this wee dog friendly bar (inside and outside)… dogs allowed in to 9pm! Fantastic pints and the food was gorgeous! Staff were absolutely AMAZING! Could ask for a better wee trip!
I am Disabled and after walking past the first door staff, another member of door staff decided No entry . THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT ADHERE TO LEGISTATION AS NO DOOR STAFF HAD THEIR ISA LICENCE ON VIEW. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO AVOID!
What a delight x Querky looked after us x even made a coffee for the driver made us very welcome even the 3 year old the food was so delicious and great portions so tasty and served in a box! Brilliant x we’ll be back
Ordered burger fries and the food was very poor, the bacon was undercooked and it felt shoved into this box, the chips were soggy and the burgers were inconsistently broken up (large pieces and smaller pieces)
