The customer service I experienced was atrocious here. I went on my break to have lunch here. I walk in and the two gentlemen at the front are taking over the phone orders and ignoring me. Another Indian family comes in and the person stops taking the phone order and proceeds to help them and The family looks and asks if I have been assisted and I say No. The guy rolls his eyes and says “uhh, sure sure how can I help you”? He has a attitude while taking my order. Looking back I should have never gave them my money. I came back after 25 min just to see exactly how much longer because he said 35 min. Very good food, everything is well made and pretty tasty, they can make things more or less spicy, well done, etc. to your specifications, location is pretty clean, with the exception of the furniture not being in the best condition. I would recommend only doing dine in, as they are a little lax on making things to your specifications and with quality, if you decide to get it take out or delivered. Sometimes they are out of some sauces, but it isn’t too much of an inconvenience as the food is already rather tasty. Bengali employees are always a plus. I visited as a walk-in and found that the restaurant is quite small, so I wouldn’t recommend going with large groups since it can barely accommodate 15 to 18 people. The prices are very reasonable, and I really enjoyed the flavors in the dishes. I wanted to try multiple items, but since I was alone, I couldn’t. However, I appreciated that most meals come with two sides, which is great compared to other restaurants where you might order curry and get nothing extra. Be prepared for a longer wait, as the food takes some time to prepare, so it’s a good idea to have patience or order in advance by phone. Overall, I had a positive experience.
This is a decent place if you need some quick food for yourself or sudden guests that arrives with a short notice. Not a perfect place though but I often order from this local restaurant because they tend to always rectify their mistakes with my orders. Most of their foods are tasty and they do time to time try to introduce new dishes and their own branded drinks like lassi, jal-jeera etc. In my opinion it is always best to call and order before you just show up, as the wait time is most of the time over 30 minutes. Always make sure you got what you have ordered before you leave the place as mistakes can be made on both end.

The food is very delecious and I highly recommend it. I can say that because i tried couple of dishes. However bryani rice always tells if the food is authentic or not. The amount of spices used and the overal taste without any additional side or even the meat that comes with the rice is just perfect. I like that the menue in the wall is full with picture rather than picking somethimg based on written description only. The only negative feedback is for the amount of unhealthy oil used in cooking is too much.

The food here has good flavor and an amazing level of spice. The place is okay for cleanliness. My lamb chops were pretty charred definitely overcooked. The chicken was very good and quite spicy. I would definitely order ahead, they will probably get something wrong about your order though.
This is one of the top spots for Bangladeshi cuisine. The Dum Biriyani and Achari Polao are outstanding and definitely worth trying. If you're in a hurry, it's a good idea to place your order in advance, as it typically takes about 20-30 minutes to prepare the dishes.

Food is really good. I got the curry salmon and everything was awesome. The wait wasn't too long and it wasn't too crowded but very busy. They have a good selection of foods. Only thing was the tandoori chicken had some blood when separating the chicken.
We ordered several times Nan and karahi from Kabab hut but they never cook in proper way. Zero customer service experience and I’ll never order it again. Kindly suggestion to everyone to not waste your money here and time thanks
