2020-01-13. Kabob Village. Clinton Twp, MI. My regular mid-east restaurant has been slowly declining in quality and taste, so I'm on the prowl for a new go-to for Lebanese. Read some really good reviews about this place and some of my friends vouched for this place, so we decided to give it a shot. Kabob Village is located in a plaza on the east side of Garfield between 17 Mi 18 Mi with free plaza parking out front. Inside the decor is a bit washed. Presumably this restaurant is related to Kabob Castle but it was worse in every way. Nothing was necessarily *bad*, but when you go to one location that you really like and they recommend you try their new location it's difficult to compare it in a vacuum. If this was some other chain I probably would have given it three stars.In my opinion I thought everything was a worse okay-ish version of the same items. The bread, garlic dip, and house dressing were all worse. Some of the meat was also pretty dry.
