Wir sind vom Marktplatz kommend ins nächst beste Café gegangen und wurden positiv überrascht. Daher gleich am nächsten Tag wieder eingekehrt zur kleinen Kaffeepause. Die Auswahl an Torten/Kuchen ist überwältigend, als Teetrinker haben wir uns über die schönen Teetassen und -kannen gefreut. Es war zum Sitzen etwas beengt, da es immer voll war. Das spricht aber natürlich für die gute Akzeptanz bei den Einwohnern und Gästen. Es gibt nach hinten raus wohl noch Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien, die kamen wegen des unbeständigen Wetters für uns nicht in Betracht. Und nach oben muss es wohl auch noch gehen, soweit mussten wir aber nicht. Wer in der Gegend ist, sollte ruhig mal einen Blick riskieren und...
good lunch menu (within its limited hours, with a series of vegetarian options, some of which were much more imaginatiw than you find in the rule, we had paprika filled with rice with indians (which means slightly seasoned!), which was actually “baked” with cheese. they offered an appropriate selection of beer, wein or softdrinks to accompany this. we came back later for coffee and cakes that were also excellent. overall this is probably as good as you will find for a Bakery/coffee house.
This is such a wonderful kaffehaus in such a lovely town. The bread buns are amazing and there are also lots of delicious pies, cakes and hot drinks. The staff are really friendly and the place was very clean and welcoming. They cater for vegans...too! Can’t wait to go back there.
