Unfortunately, we have to make significant changes to our previous recession that we announced a year ago. It is now known that there is a staff shortage in the catering industry. But why is the staff overwhelmed when there are 0 tables occupied outside and only 2 tables each occupied by 2 people inside? We were able to find out: 3 people at the counter are significantly more important to the waitress than (new guests) at the table. Left after about 15 minutes without ordering. Apparently guests only have meaning there when they are standing at the counter. But there was no space due to the 3 people standing there.
