"During our visit to the city of Cham, about 17,000 inhabitants, in the Oberpfalz there were sights in the foreground, but also for physical well-being. Since it was in the afternoon, our choice fell on something sweet. In a café. Especially impressed was the “coffee kitchen”. It is centrally located in the old town, in the same building complex as the town hall with far visible entrance from the market square. The strong public transport was particularly noticeable, so it should be good – and that was it. The ambience and interior are simply wonderful and fits into the building and the surroundings. In the summer you can also sit outside on the market, as chairs, benches and tables were furnished by the café. The café was very well visited, but a small table was still free for us. The staff was friendly and also skillful and fleeting. The coffee was a poem, we had cappuccino and milk coffee, and the cakes and cakes with a large selection really delicious. We were able to convince ourselves by looking through the open passage into the kitchen or the oven where a fleeting and skillful baker was at work."
