This place is a definite no-go. My friend and I went to dine in on a Friday around 5 pm. Our waitress never introduced herself; she just handed us the menus and returned shortly to take our orders. We ordered pepper shrimp fried rice and chicken with broccoli. Not once were we offered water for the table. The chicken and broccoli arrived cold, while the fried rice was just okay. To make matters worse, two drunk men approached our table and were very disruptive. Despite us politely asking them to leave, neither the waitress nor management intervened. I was so disappointed with the food that I got today, it was all bad. The chicken was extremely dried up, burned up and just a big mess, the rice was no better dry and plain, hardly any bora and onions in it. Not my first time getting food from here but this is by far the worst. I will never go back to this location ever again.
The staff at Kaieteur Express were extremely rude. We waited two hours for our food on a Thursday without any apology. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was informed that the lead cashiers were in charge. I suggest spending your money elsewhere. The rice was dry, hard, and lacked flavor.
The food was mediocre, and the service and atmosphere were quite disappointing. The restaurant could really use a deep clean. I ordered a beer, and the waitress opened it and crammed a tissue into the bottle before serving it. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

I was so looking forward to trying out this place but became Disappointed in the food whe i got my meal,the fry rice was bland no vegetables only 2 burned bora that was fling in the pot with food coloring. The chowmein noodles was also bland.
Where do I even start ! Use to be one of my favorite spots to buy food ! But not anymore please be aware of the spoiled food ! Spent 70 dollars for 3 food and it was just a waste ! Be aware and check your food before you leave !
I definitely prefer the kaiture on Lefferts and Jamaica. I ordered lamb fried rice and chicken, and both were overcooked and dry. They really need to improve their cooking staff here.
The Jerk lamb and beef fried rice are absolutely delicious with generous portions. The prices are reasonable, making this spot a true gem in Queens. You won’t be disappointed.
