Unser erster und unser letzter Besuch im Kaiserpalast. Lange nicht mehr so schlechtes Essen zu mir genommen. Nur um ein Beispiel zu nennen: Was der Pekingsuppe an Würze fehlt, hat die Pikante (!) Ente zuviel abbekommen. Das Essen war durch die Bank weg schlecht. Selbst das Dessert schmeckte schrecklich, sogar das Eis war eine zumutung. Den krönenden Abschluß bildete der Keller, welcher feucht-fröhlich seine Viren in der Weltgeschichte verteilte ohne Anstalten zu machen sich mal die Hand vors Gesicht zu halten oder gar ein Tempo zu benutzen. Als kleines Andenken bekamen wir beide (!) innerhalb von ca. 30 Min. nach dem Essen leichte Bauchschmerzen ... Wiederholungsfaktor: 0,00
Ich war schon oft hier essen und jedes mal wird er immer schlechter und schlechter! Wirklich ich bin mittlerweile schon jedesmam genervt wenn ich aus dem Laden komm. Das Essen geht gar nicht, vollgepumpt mit Geschmacksverstärker. Lieblos in den Essensbehältern gehauen und den Gästen wie Tieren hingeschmissen. Das Buffet ist dreckig und wird nicht gereinigt, Teller auch dreckig, Besteck unpoliert. Personal ist meist freundlich aber mit wenig Deutschkentnissen was vorallem am Telefon ein Problem ist. Für den Preis abends absolut nicht inordnung. Ich setzt hier kein Fuß mehr rein.

Food and service great. But you're not allowed to go to the toilet, it smells very strongly of urine and it's very dirty, and there are also broken faucets and toilet seats. Even after 6 months, it still wasn't repaired, the outside area also leaves a lot to be desired and urgently needs to be repaired. Service: Dine in Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

I visited the Kaiserpalast on Friday evening, it was not so full and we could have a good time. The buffet was full of options with sushi, hot dishes, seafood, vegetables and a variety of meat, inlcuding Kangaroo for grilling. The desert options could be better, they were not so tasty. The service was fast and friendly.
It's a buffet and is chinese, and if is a buffet and chinese it's a lot of MSG. You get out of that place with a high blood pressure due to the huge amount of sodium from the junk food. Das Buffet ist ein MUSS. Sehr gute Ausswahl, gute leckere Zubereitung, aufmerksamer Service, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.Was stört: Gäste, die den Teller zu voll packen!
