Sales reps are the main customers during the week, staying in the hotel next door. We were not impressed with the Jaeger schnitzel. It was submerged under French fries, mushrooms and sauce. Submerged in sauce made the schnitzel soaked and very soft. Additional sauce was at hand. The schweine filets did not impress either, falling victim to a chef more into instant sauce preparation. Desserts were better.Kaiserquelle restaurant serves mediocre food, prepared by a chef with few cooking skills.

Wir haben zu unserer Verlobung einen Gutschein für ein Candle-Light-Dinner geschenkt bekommen. Dies entsprach einem Drei-Gänge-Menü von ausgezeichneter Qualität und sehr üppigen Portionen, die wir kaum geschafft haben. Es handelt sich hierbei um gute deutsche Küche. Als wir als Gäste auf einer Hochzeit in diesem Lokal waren, war das Essen ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Das Lokal ist sehr rustikal und verfügt über ein Hotel, ausreichend Parkplätze und nettes Personal.
Das Restaurant vermittelt einen recht angenehmen Eindruck, der durch das äußerst freundliche Personal verstärkt wird.Die Speisekarte ist sehr reichlich und es gibt amerikanisches Essen, mit Ribs und Steaks als Spezialität. (Für Vegetarier allerdings sehr eingeschränkt.) Von der Fleischqualität des Pepper Steaks war ich allerdings nicht ganz überzeugt - könnte etwas weicher sein.Aber im Großen und Ganzen war ich recht zufrieden.

Hôtel situé en périphérie de salzgitter.... Très propre ... Super Acceuil .... Personnel au petit soins et très pro ... Seul inconvénient rien à proximité.. Restaurant spécialité allemande très bon .
Die Küche des Hotels ist hervorragend für Leute, die es defitg und üppig mögen, die Bedienung sehr freundlich.Mein Fovorit war die Kupferpfanne

Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Bedienung war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ausreichend Platz steht zur Verfügung.
