This was the first time I had ever had an Indian dish where the meat was not perfectly cooked and seasoned with fresh aromatics. Even in a casual dining setting, tough, old, fatty meat like this would not be served. I was disappointed, and I can only give this restaurant two stars (the rice was the only redeeming quality). The lack of quality meat really detracted from the experience, as it goes against the reasons why I usually love Indian cuisine. It was a Sunday evening when I dined there, and the restaurant was not very busy. This may have been a factor in the poor quality of the food, as they might have been cutting costs and not serving as they should. If this is the standard practice...
