No rice with main meals and the mixed entree is only for person but none of this was made clear on menu. Bland food. Called restaurant after delivery received with no rice. Rude and unhelpful young man answered that they have rice on the...menu so therefore they don’t provide it with main meals. I explained that all chinese restaurants have rice listed seperately but they also provide a serving with a main meal. He didn’t reply and did not care that we were unhappy. We spent and had to go to the shop to get a microwaveable packet of rice! After all of that, the meals were bland and not good quality with their flavours. Very disappointing.
The dining experience at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. The service was poor and the owners were very arrogant, refusing to take any responsibility for undercooked food or long wait times. Our table was dirty and the food was inedible. The young staff seemed overwhelmed and were left to manage on their own. We overheard them rushing between the kitchen and front counter. When they finally came to explain that the kitchen was very busy and had other priorities, we felt lucky to have gotten any attention at all.
the of us celebrated my son steven's birthday last Saturday night! we had a nice time in came fay and we chose the banquet no. by head. so good value and the food was first class! we all had more... than enough to eat and the service was excellent, friendly and patient! the staff was so friendly and helpful and byo to be, it was so good worth it! thanks to the managements and the staff and we will be back soon! I have visited this restaurant numerous times and have always enjoyed delicious meals. The prices are great and the staff is friendly. The menu is easy to understand and the service is always prompt. I have never encountered any issues and always look forward to returning for a satisfying meal. Thank you for your excellent service.
