This place has seen better days I was here with a friend once at lunch, and another time for dinner with a small group. At lunch it was near deserted... at night, a bit more lively for sure, but still had that we 're going to seed, slowly feel to it. The food is ok; not terrible, and also not cheap, which is somewhat astonishing because the mall that it is in is somewhat low end (except for the Trader Joe 's, everything else has that yuck factor associated with it). You can do better for sushi, easily, and the hot foods are only slightly better. Go elsewhere.
The food was great. Service a bit slow. The environment was another story. Of all the places to sit (7 empty tables) the waitress decided to seat a person right next to us and behind us, so we felt no privacy whatsoever. The last straw, was when a non-service dog (no, I do not hate dogs, I have 3 myself) came in with its owners scaling the place which is very unsanitary. Will I eat her again?
The food was incredible, and we couldn't get enough of it. The service was outstanding, and our server Ben was very helpful and made us feel welcome. The atmosphere was also very pleasant. We had a perfect experience—10 out of 10! This will be our new favorite sushi place!
I visited Kamikaze Sushi for lunch because my first choice, Tommy's Bistro—a Thai-Chinese fusion spot—was closed on Tuesday. I'm actually glad it was, as Kamikaze Sushi turned out to be a great alternative.

My favorite Japanese restaurant everywhere. Always fresh, always predictable and incomparable Miso soup. Love this place! Therefore everyone goes back, and there are a lot of repetitions and regulars.
Good sushi, nice selection. The atmosphere is medium lively, service is quick (our waiter was seriously fun), and prices were fair. Overall, a good place to eat sushi after a bit of shopping.
$18 for such a small portion?! Are you serious? Absolutely never coming back! I ordered salmon and avocado inside, spicy tuna on top with tobiko, and all I received was 8 pieces.
Kamikaze Sushi offered everything I look for and enjoy in a sushi experience. My husband and I visited around 7:30 on a weeknight.

Every time I go there the waiter gets extremely rude with me for no reason, so 1 star and ban for life.
