Kamilo pizzeria - Réserver une table

This place is small, and smoking is permitted inside. Many outside tables but it was too cold on the day of our visit. Lunch was fast, and the menu is extensive. Our choices were both pizzas--dozens of listed choices. Crust was thin and crisp. Vegetables tasted very fresh, and one pizza will serve one person with a large appetite, or two persons for a light meal.Pleasant table service from a friendly waiter (who may have been the owner/manager?). Good choice for a fast lunch before we left by sightseeing boat for our return to Wien via Krems.

We stumbled over Kamilos when we look for a place to eat. It was quite empty and seemed like there were many vegetarian options, so we sat. We ordered a vegetarian pizza and the arabiata pasta that was enough to feed 2 adults and...1 teenagers. Both dishes had a wonderful and unexpected taste. The staff was a little separated. Altogether a good, fast bite to eat.

If you are in Melk and in a rush and have kids then this Greek pizzeria is a great quick place to get lunch. The Greek salad with tatziki is awesome and so are the flatbreads. Kids also enjoyed the basic pasta. Service was good though not the quickest.

About halfway along the promenade, I had dinner from a mixed salad and Penne alla Fungli. The pasta was delicious with a cream sauce and fresh mushrooms, served quite hot. The salad was a mixture of green.

The food was freshly cooked. Run by a Turkish couple. Lady's beautiful. The guy was grouchy. Had chicken kebab and minenstrone soup.
