There are 8 vegetarian options, but 4 genuine vegan choices. I ordered the Yakissoba Vegetariano. Essentially a pasta dish with many vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, onions, peppers and carrots, all mixed with soy sauce. Just ask to use oil instead of butter. Dish was absolutely delicious and would definitely order again.
