You know you've found a hidden gem when a restaurant shares a tiny plaza with a liquor store and is unpretentious inside, except for the incredible dishes served to you. The place has a cozy, mom-and-pop vibe, manned by just two people: the wife who takes care of the serving and the husband who is the sushi chef. Given its small size, it's definitely wise to make a reservation ahead of time! The omakase is a great deal, and the quality and presentation of the food far exceed the price (but shhh, don’t let the owners know, or they might raise it!). The sake here is also a great bargain! Come for the amazing food, and stay for the drinks. A big shoutout to the couple who attentively looked aft...
