I want to preface this review by saying pork sinigang is one of my absolute favorite dishes from any genre of cuisine. I?ve eaten it up and down the East coast at restaurants, canteens, and aunties? houses. In the Philippines nearly every place I went I got a bowl of sinigang na baboy. We had an excellent experience at Karenderya! The food was very good, no bad dishes. Our favorite was the shrimp adobo very tasty and flavorful. We ordered a few dishes: the PEI mussels and steamed whole branzino which were both specials of the day, shrimp adobo, pansit bihon with chicken, and pork rib sinigang.
