Unassuming facade on a corner block, kinda in the middle of nowhere. (You wonder if googlemaps has made an error!) But when you stroll out the back you see beautiful, spacious, light-filled areas with comfortable seating options and eclectic furniture. They are ethical- using bamboo plates and recycled furniture, but the area feels open and green and lush. Menu is unusual but surprisingly delish. Good coffee, prompt, hot and good sized cups. Super friendly service staff- all seem genuinely happy to be at work. Polite and unobtrusive but attentive. We had cornbread and pumpkin hot cakes and shared both. Feast for the eyes and the belly. Highly recommended.

Plenty of customers and many seemed to know the place well so it is clearly attracting a following. Just as well it has adjacent parking. Inside there are plenty of tables but it is not too cramped. Again, just as well because it is fairly noisy. Don't go for the decor; it's a bit like a 3/4 converted warehouse but that's ok as it sort of adds interest and it works. Our party all managed to find meals to their liking. Fairly handy coffee too.
