Kartoffel Kiste - Réserver une table

We tried the only vegan option on the menu mentioned in previous reviews. It had potatoes, lots of cheese sauce, spinach, mushrooms and apparently garlic too but couldn't taste it. The food had simple and bland flavors but was good and fulfilling. Priced at €13.90 (doesn't get the extra broccoli recommended here). You can ask for the menu card, which shows any special diets and allergies (at least what's on the menu is vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free). The staff speaks English and they made sure we wanted the dish vegan and not vegetarian. Over all a good experience if you want to enjoy warming, greasy, German food.

the many-kartoffel vegan is for me the best vegan dish that I have eaten out! the sweet is fresh, the vegan cheese sauce is absolutely creamy and tasty! my new favorite in trier!

after the menu there is only the vegan potato catering as a vegan dish, but it is extremely delicious and recommended!
