Nous attendions beaucoup de ce restaurant lorsque nous avons décidé de déjeuner là-bas. Le cadre est de bon goût avec une superbe vue. Le menu du déjeuner à trois plats est très abordable à 25 euros. Le rapport qualité-prix était cependant inférieur aux attentes, surtout par rapport aux autres restaurants étoilés Michelin d'Alsace. L'équilibre du démarreur était désynchronisé. Beaucoup trop de sel et trop peu de goût citrique aigre frais. J'admire beaucoup la simplicité des plats, mais ce plat (et aussi le plat principal) a montré trop peu de complexité et de dynamisme. Le plat principal était bien préparé. C'est probablement tout ce qu'il y a à dire. Très simple, rien de spécial. Le dessert...

On our way to our final destination for a short stay in the Alsace, we had lunch at this restaurant, which was a very pleasant experience.We opted for the lunch offer with three courses, including an amuse and mignardises. The food was delicious, starting with a velouté and poached egg, a veal liver main followed by a lovely tartlet. We combined this with a excellent Viré Clessé and for our red wine fundies a great Mercurey. Service was quick and friendly. All in all a great lunch for a very decent price level in a restaurant of such a high standard.

Ce type est un maestro. Certains vieux chiens ne méritent pas leurs étoiles mais celle-ci est sublime. On dirait un deux étoiles et non une. Repas de tueur. Mon fils a paniqué avec le plat de crabe au quinoa. Cela vaut vraiment le détour.
