This hidden gem of a restaurant is amazing! The sweet tea mixed with lemonade is a perfect blend of flavors, unlike some places that don't get it right. I also tried the fish sub, which was huge and very filling, with no disappointments whatsoever. I also ordered a crawfish and shrimp boil bag, which came with potatoes and corn, and I chose the boom sauce as my sauce of choice. I was in Oxon Hill for a work assignment and stumbled upon this restaurant. Despite its appearance, the food here is fantastic. The menu is extensive and I found myself wanting to eat here every day during my assignment. I ordered the Jumbo fried shrimp and Shrimp fried rice, both of which were cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The fried rice, in particular, was the best I've had in a long time, with added bean sprouts for a nice crunch without being overly greasy. The food at this restaurant is terrible, with too much oil and the person serving me did not give me what I asked for. What they gave me was very basic and overly greasy. There is a lack of cleanliness and I would not recommend this place due to the poor service. I rate the service, atmosphere, and food all a 1 out of 5. It is difficult to find parking, but there is a free parking lot available. The price per person is $10-20 for dinner.
I gave it one star because the food was fresh. However, the food also was very bland and I could literally tell you I would’ve had better at Long John Silvers. I ordered the crab cake and it had very little crab meat in it. The calamari was extremely tough and difficult to chew. It's clear that this restaurant is not the place to order these two items.
