Kaslo And Brew Pub

Came here to review the best caesar I have ever had! Served with a deep fried pickle and pepperoni stick. Basically an appetizer. We went twice in 2 days. I reccomend the cauliflower wings. They are crunchy and delicious. Also, I reccomend the beef dip. It's also a very good price. One thing to note is that the fries are not very good. Processed and frozen tasting. 2nd time there we ordered onion rings instead and they were delicious. As a pub atmosphere, you should definitely have your fries as perfection! Otherwise, a fantastic experience.

Waited for hours for food (should not have even allowed our reservation) with an incompetent and curt waitress, but food was pretty good and live music was entertaining. I would recommend the Doghouse across the street for a more fun vibe and better value (although will have a street view instead of lake view). Mind you, we had also requested a lakeside table but were put instead inside at the only table with no view. Service: Dine in

Ate here three times while in Kaslo. The food is really good, the beer is cold, and the view is fantastic. It has a limited menu, excellent because they can concentrate on getting it right, and they do. We tried the burger, schnitzel burger, steak sandwich, schnitzel, Reuben sandwich and beef dip. The lady at the visitor centre in Nelson recommended this place to eat when in Kaslo. Hours are very convenient and we really liked the food! My steak salad was tasty and the steak so tender and nicely cooked! The beef dip was great. We loved the atmosphere too.
