I go to this westindian guyanese restaurant although I'm not a guyanese I'm a native new Yorker..but I must say this is a good atmosphere to eat food is great price is 2 for 1 so enjoy it have fun . my parents are from Georgetown Guyana. I recently entered this restaurant hoping to get some food. The ambiance seemed inviting, but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. The waitress ignored me after serving other customers, failing to even greet me or ask for my order. Despite my attempts to be friendly, I was met with no response. Disappointed by the lack of hospitality, I decided to go across the street to a different establishment where I was warmly welcomed. It's a shame when your own people let you down.
Bought two roti that was the biggest mistake I've made in my life, never ever ever I'm nearly 55 years old and I've never saw a roti this horrible. Roti was brown, hard and stuff like cardboard. Definitely that is not a West Indian roti

So good. I’m no Caribbean cuisine expert, but this was fantastic. Got the beef stew with peas and rice, some cabbage, and a chicken patty. $15. Delicious and Enough for three meals. So good.
The staff at this restaurant is extremely welcoming and the food is always fresh. I definitely recommend giving it a try.
Good was very good and still hot when I got home. I got curry chicken and rice and peas . I will be coming back .
