There are few things better in life than a day in the mountains followed by dinner with friends at Kathmandu in Nederland. It's the coziest place in town. My wife have been eating here since they opened in 1999, and it's as good, or even better than ever. Same owners, same fantastic employees, it really is a family business that epitomizes Nederland. Recommended dishes are the momos, Tandoori Chicken Curry, Daal Soup, Tika Masala, Vindaloo, Papadam, Samosas, Cheese Naan and of course a piping hot cup of Chai. I love this place and eat it weekly--If I don't, I crave it. Absolute soul food that nothing can replicate. The spices and flavors are incredible. My favorites are the saag and jal fregi--but haven't been disappointed by anything.
