I felt compelled to share my experience at this restaurant! I've never had fried catfish as good as what I had here, and my husband and I have tried catfish in various cities. It was cooked to perfection! The service was incredibly friendly and attentive. I had a brief conversation with Kathy, the owner, while we were checking out, and I instantly felt a connection with her. She truly cares about her customers! The atmosphere is reminiscent of what you might find on the TV show "American Pickers," complete with a Blues Brothers statue—how cool is that? I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was awful; I could never get a refill on my drink, and the tables were sticky. I've tried it four times to give it a fair chance, but the food is just mediocre at best. There are also no healthy options available.

Best chicken fried steak since the Other Place closed in Corsicana. Hugh portion that should be split.If it wasnt so dang far from Dallas. Cool furnishings and friendly help. Wish it were closer.
