Scandalous!! I request delivery without peanuts. There are some. I call 70€ order and she can't find me. Supposedly we didn't order from them, it's a bummer. I hang up after she makes me repeat the amount 20 times. I check on the app and it comes from them. She tells me again that she can't find my order that they are in 77 and therefore they have not delivered to me. She hangs up on me and tells me not to call back. I take note of this, madam. La qualité a vraiment chuté. J'ai pris un poulet au lait de coco. Même si j'avais voulu que ce soit mauvais, je n'aurais pas pu faire aussi mal... Heureusement, le gingembre ou le kombucha a sauvé le goût, mais l'apparence de la sauce hyper liquide était décevante. Les sushis, quant à eux, étaient loin de correspondre aux photos de présentation, sans graines de sésame, ce qui change le goût. En résumé, je ne reviendrai pas. Il y a bien mieux ailleurs. I've been eating at Katori for almost 3 years and it's always a pleasure to come and eat there! The food is good and above all qualitative! The service is always impeccable. Little waiting time. I add to this that the place is super attractive because of its traditional and warm decoration which takes us on a journey during a meal. I recommend with my eyes closed! Service: Dine in
I had disastrous service, the waiter was super quick to snatch the card out of our hands! I didn't even have time to choose my cocktail! (more European server)!
