the history of the restaurant had always fascinated me and led by a family since generations, which gave them their tradition -nots, but classic. the interiors of the restaurant will surely enchant them.origin and unusual, and so will eat. some vegetarian dishes have been adapted for...ours and they just tasted great. even if they have run a busy restaurant they usually have, the employees visited us with the greatest geduld and amity. speaks volume of their expertise and experience in the business.

because we had a business meeting that could only happen during dinner, we met in kaufmanns in gelnghausen. the good: this restaurant is open on Monday night! the restaurant is easy to find and offers nearby parking (the street itself. looks pretty busy). as we were for business, we ordered both fish and inserts. the supplements were a dish with salate and kartoffels. good, but nothing special. the place is a bit loud; however acceptable enough for a business talk.

This restaurant was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. It has a good combination of modern and traditional dishes with a twist at a reasonable price. The Kartoffelsuppe mit Würstchenchips (potatosoup with crispy sausage slices) e.g. was delicious and the service was quick...and friendly. Although we made a spontanous visit, it might be recommendable to make a reservation at weekends.

Welcome to the Christmas market. we had luck finding three stools to rest our tired feet. the chocolate breweries and latte macchiatos were lovely. friendly service. recommended.

the meals were very good. the place is not so big in the inner, so early to get there. the personal was really friendly and always to check if they need something.
