The breakfast was good it looks like a popular place if your lucky you might bag a car space outside but a car park is right nex to it now the last time we went on a Saturday a girl outside said sorry we are closed so I don't know what mishap they had that day but it's normally open that day so cheap breakfast try it here
Best Breakfast in Billingham and great value for money, I have read other reviews and can't believe I went to the same place, been here about 10 to 15 times and never had anything to complain about. Will be going again for sure.

We love to go here for breakfast. The owner Kay is lovely as is the rest of the staff. The food is always hot and worth the money. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
Three years on this time and the poached eggs with toast are still perfect. Still get three. Service always friendly and quick. Lucky to have near us.

"Ordered good at 5pm. Told an hour for delivery. Checked why it hadn't arrived at 6.45 to be told our order hadn't gone through till. It would be cooked and sent straight out. It's now 7.40 and still no food."
