The grits tasted like nothing and were somehow both over cooked and still had uncooked pieces. The sausage gravy was a warm, flavorless, flour mash. I am wondering if this is one of those local establishments that gets good reviews just because people remember how good it used to be. Under toasted, slightly soggy, toast. Slightly perceptibly undercooked hashbrowns. Served green tea instead of black tea. Table had that sticky feel… You know what I'm talking about. Lots of people go there, I was told. Later in the morning. I'm not sure why. Again, perhaps not many choices. Or for locals it's nostalgic. Won't be going back. I'm told it's up for sale.

We’ve lived near Kays Kitchen Family for several years and finally decided to stop in for a quick lunch today after skipping a weekend brunch due to a long line. My turkey club from their menu was absolutely delicious—the bread was perfectly toasted, the mayo was just right, and the layers were beautifully stacked, as you can see in my photos. My partner enjoyed a simple grilled cheese with fries, which were golden and crispy. The prices were very reasonable too! We’re definitely coming back soon and look forward to trying more from their breakfast menu.

So I go in here just wanting eggs and toast and sausage to go and ended up spending $20 just on myself for breakfast. Every time I asked about something we?ll it comes with this oh that?s extra though then she says well it comes with 3 sausages u can?tjust get 1. Then I ask can I have fruit instead of the potatoes. Well that?s extra. REALLY???? Omg. Never again. Go to kekesin Pasadena or something. They won?t rip u off and you?ll get your breakfast just the way u like it. I gave them a 2 instead ofa 1 because at the very least the waitress was nice
We enjoyed a hearty breakfast with generous portions. We decided to stop by after noticing the full parking lot. Although our food took a bit longer to arrive than expected, it was definitely worth the wait. The staff were attentive and very helpful throughout our visit.
We enjoy supporting local restaurants whenever we travel, though the experience can sometimes be hit or miss. This time, it was definitely a hit. The staff was very welcoming, and the food was excellent. I tried the Rustic Burger special and loved it.
Good breakfast with plenty of food. We stopped in because of all the cars we spotted in the parking lot. The food took a little longer than usual to come out but, it was worth the wait. The staff were extra attentive and helpful.
