Used to love this place. It was a once a week stop for the wife and I. We missed our outings fro a few months and when we got back....what a change. The waitress that we normally had was no longer there, the 'new' waitress was a real ......unprofessional. The portions seemed to have shrunk and all of a sudden they wanted to charge me for condiments...I have to have hot sauce for 'home fries' but was informed that there was a charge for it now. When I said "your charging for condiments?" the waitress got very snooty and said something along the lines of ,"you want hot sauce we charge for it" and walked off. I usually visit this restaurant for breakfast, but this time I decided to order 2 Kay's burgers for lunch. Each burger comes with a choice of fries or salad for an extra cost of $4.99, although this was not communicated beforehand. The fries were disappointing, as they were soft and not crispy, and were served with gravy despite my request for no gravy. The burger itself was average, lacking in flavor. The total bill came to $37.90, and overall I was not satisfied with my dining experience.

They are an amazing staff, kind and very polite and very professional! I had a breakfast with eggs over easy, toast, bacon and home fries! Hands down amazing bacon was cooked perfectly eggs perfectly everything was perfectly done! I can't wait ti go back!

I absolutely love this restaurant for any meal of the day, whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner! The staff is amazing and the atmosphere has a friendly, nostalgic vibe.

This is a really Kozy place to eat. Really liked the fact that they serve senior meals. Most restaurants in Sydney don't.
