kaze bento is now the first place in perth to offer vegan salmon! it looks so realistic! the “Xalmon” is actually made from yam and tapioca, and the texture is identical to laugh! They can now get their xalmon as sashimi, nigiri, sushi rolls and in their salates and shells. they also currently offer this stunning Xalmon plate, which is not requested on the menu, but can be requested 26.50) this is perfect for the exchange and try out each of the Xalmon dishes. the presentation is amazing! some of the xalmon was topped with vegan 'salmon roe', which are actually pearls of bushy-omats! and how sweet is the leaf of wasabi! also tried their xalmon pokebowl and the xalmon chirashi don bowl, both...

Finding a sushi place with many vegan options can be quite hard, but this place really satisfied my partner and I demand sushi! Honestly, some of the best sushi I ever had! first we ordered two sushi sets, and it was so good, but after the conclusion we were more ate so that we ordered more 2 sets! next time I find myself in mt. lawley, I'll meet this place again!

Not only the best sushi, but also the only one with so many vegan options! My husband and I tried a few dishes, but the favorites were definitely the gyoza, katsu chicken roll and the boiled tuna. All vegan natural! The Xalmon was also incredible! Especially on the nigiri

The huge selection of vegan options! The food was delicious and the service was also great, and all decently expensive. The staff also specifically asked if we were vegan to make sure they got the order right.
