I have recently added KC's Corner as one of my regular spots to hang out just recently. They have a good selection of domestic beers and local micro brews. KC's food is really great! I especially recommend anything that comes from their in house smoked meats. I think my favorite item I have had so far was their Reuben sandwich. Reuben sandwiches are a dime a dozen in north and central New Jersey so when I say that I recommend theirs you should know that it is amazing. I also enjoyed their taco salad pizza which reminded me of taco salad I used to have at church potlucks growing up in Wyoming. I have included a picture of it as part of my review. The band 4-Flight was fantastic! It was our first time at this venue. We were seated at a small table because the bar had already accommodated other patrons, it seemed. After waiting about 5 minutes, we were finally greeted. A woman in the corner approached us 30 minutes after we asked if we were there to see the band. However, no one in the bar informed us about which bands were performing. Thanks to the female guitar player, we decided to stick around. We ended up sitting outside, where the service was better than inside. The band was so amazing that it made the wait worthwhile! I would definitely return just to see them again.
I sat at the bar with my partner, enjoying two cold domestic beers. The bar service here is consistently excellent. I ordered the Cobb salad, which was a huge portion—definitely enough for two people. The chicken wings are always fantastic, too. I also tried the spicy chicken sluice, which was again a generous size; I could have easily eaten half and taken the rest home. If you haven't been here yet, you definitely need to check it out! As for parking, if the lot is full, you can find additional space on Park Avenue in the lot nearest to KCs.
I really like this place. Their brisket is really good. Their fried food is always top notch. Last time we went there, the curmudgeonly bartender was complaining that he had to work all day and the owner didn't. It made for a very uncomfortable experience. We used to go once every few months. I'm not sure we will go again. Réservez une table maintenant
Ordered wings and salad for takeout. Both were great. Asked if I could get two sauces with the wings instead of one and was told could get two sauces on the side which made me really happy. Will be back!!! (It's hard to find good wings in this area for some reason these were great!
