This review has been a long time in the making—over a decade! If you're a coffee enthusiast, you absolutely have to visit this place. It really doesn't get any better than this shop. Diedrich is a trailblazer in the third wave coffee movement, and they continue to roast to perfection. I particularly enjoyed the Mexican Gesha and the pour-over instructions I received last night. This morning, I ground some beans using a Kalita Wave because I didn't want to deal with the V60 at the moment. I loved the atmosphere of this coffee shop, and the crowd was wonderfully diverse. Unfortunately, it was quite busy during my visit, so the only seating available was a couch, but I still enjoyed my time there. One thing to mention is that they serve your drink and snack at different counters, which can be a bit overwhelming for introverts. Additionally, the menu is extensive, making it hard to decide, and it wasn’t very intuitively organized. The staff were all really friendly, though, and I would definitely recommend this place!

I've been visiting this location since the 1990s as a child with my parents and grandparents, long before it became Kéan Coffee, and it hasn't changed a bit! The staff is top-notch, quick, and efficient, and the coffee is excellent. I tried the matcha with oat milk and lavender, and it's by far the best matcha I've ever had! The aromas from the fresh pastries will make your taste buds go wild; every pastry is amazing. You all should check it out—it's way better than Starbucks! Lol.

The coffee was enjoyable, but my experience with the restroom left much to be desired. Although it looked like it was free, when I asked for the key, the staff brusquely told me to wait until the current user was done. It seemed like the key was with a staff member who was busy cleaning another restroom. This was quite disappointing, and I wasn’t inclined to wait for the restroom to be attended to. Look no further for the ideal cup of hot chocolate—it's always available at Kean’s. I've been enjoying their hot chocolate for 20 years, dating back to the days of Dietrich, and Kean’s has consistently delivered an outstanding cup every time.

The coffee was quite mediocre. I requested a dark roast at the counter, but received a cup that didn't fit the description. My friend asked for a blond or light roast and ended up with the same uninspiring coffee.

The ambiance is amazing, the service is top-notch, and the coffee is superb! I enjoyed an iced pourover that really made my day, and I couldn't resist purchasing some of the beans. It's definitely a 5 out of 5!

A must-visit location for anyone who isn't from Tustin. The drinks are fantastic, the aroma of the coffee beans is delightful, and it's a cozy café for hanging out. Just a heads-up—there's no Wi-Fi available! Réservez une table maintenant
