Stay away from Erica Baker and Scott Henson both terrible real estate agents. She will cost you thousands of dollars she will encourage you to spend thousands more than necessary. Further, she is extremely unresponsive with one word and two word answers to your texts when she does respond days later. All around terrible real estate agent do not recommend her or the Monzo group. They do not care about their clients only there profits. The fastest response I will get from them is the response to this bad rating. If you want to spend tens of thousands more and have a agent who barely responds to you go through Erica Baker.UPDATE! The Monzo Group is sueing me for 25k for this bad google review....

Erick has sold four houses for me. The last of these was the most stressful because I sold it with tenants in it due to an unexpected change in property mgmt. Erick came through and found a buyer and closed in 2-1/2 weeks, resolving numerous communication and property issues. He worked his magic and I was able to claim a modest profit without falling into a pit. I recommend him to anyone. He is attentive and personable. He interacts the old way through personal phone communication, texts and emails; not through Contact Us portals that don 't provide access to an actual live person or emergency resolutions. She was very knowledgeable and always made herself available for not only answering questions, but giving us all the proper expectations throughout the whole process, she got us into look at homes right away. She helped us feel very comfortable looking for our new home, she helped with ideas to make extra room for our ever growing family.
