Kelseys Original Roadhouse

First and foremost, the management at this restaurant is excellent. After a negative experience, the management quickly addressed it and provided a great solution that convinced me to return. We tried two new dishes and had a wonderful experience, proving that the initial bad experience was just a fluke. I will definitely be returning, and kudos to the management for regaining some customers.

I was thrilled to visit Kelseys for the first time and Emma made our experience truly exceptional. She suggested the garlic shrimp sirloin with a loaded baked potato, and it was absolutely delicious. Emma was extremely friendly and we definitely plan on returning.

I placed a mobile order, received a confirmation text upon checking in, but waited for half an hour without receiving any further updates. It turned out there was a technical issue and my order never appeared.

I had dinner at Kelsey's this evening. I chose to sit on the lounge side and ordered the Chicken Parmesan, one of my favorite dishes. It came with spaghetti on the side...

I would give Kelsey's a rating of 3.5 stars. Lately, they have improved their food quality and I enjoy visiting about once a month when I am in Waterloo.
