Kelseys Original Roadhouse

I just got home from there and the food was awful. I had a curry bowl sent back and they kindly didn't charge me, but the portion was ridiculously small it tasted like nothing. I re-ordered the tenders and they were equally bad. Completely dry and leather like and some were burnt. The only thing edible was the onion rings.I also see tons of other reviews echoing my experience but with the same copy and pasted survey as a response. I don't care about your survey. Your food is gross and the fact this place is open is mind-blowing.Waitresses were lovely.

Just to make sure people are warned. This location is terrible. The food was downright atrocious. Started with a thai rice bowl that was a laughably small portion, uninspired, and had zero flavour. Had it sent back and chose another item off the menu. Chicken fingers and fries you would think would be a pretty safe bet. Wrong. The chicken fingers were old and stale, as if they had been kept in the fridge for 5 days and then reheated. If you are looking to be disappointed by the meal you ordered, this is the place to come.

Literally the worst food I've ever tasted. I have no idea how one manages to mess up a chicken ceaser wrap and fries, but somehow they overcame all odds and did just that. The chicken was basically crystalised and the fries tasted like dish soap. If you're thinking of going to Kelseys to eat a nice meal, don't. I would be more satisfied from puking in my own mouth repeatedly. Service was good, but they knew better than to ask if we enjoyed our food.

I was there with my wife and asked for the 8oz sirloin mean with medium rare. After receiving my appetizers I still have no received any napkins, which was surprising to us. The steak came fully cooked and there was no pink in the meat. Toughest steak I’ve eaten in the last 10 years. At least staff was nice. Réservez une table maintenant

The worst food ive had at a restaurant in a really long time. Fries weren't good, and the chicken in the caesar wrap felt like it had been sitting under a heat lamp

Very disappointing. I’ve been in so many Kelsey’s this location is awful ? food and service is really bad and it’s a very busy place all the time of the year.

The kitchen sent us RAW chicken bites!!Servers and management were very nice, alas, being served RAW chicken we will not be going back EVER!!
