Kelseys Original Roadhouse

I discovered some gift cards in my purse, so we decided to try Kelsey's Roadhouse. We started off with the Muskoka Brewing Pineapple Ninja wheat ale, and it was fantastic—I was really glad I opted for the large. For my main course, I chose the Steak Stack, which is a steak quesadilla loaded with cheese, peppers, sautéed onions, and steak, topped with a delicious sauce. I paired it with poutine topped with real cheese curds, and it was incredibly satisfying and tasty. We visited the Brantford location of Kelsey's yesterday, hoping to give the restaurant another opportunity after a less-than-satisfactory experience a few weeks ago. Since we have always enjoyed the food at Kelsey's, we thought it would be fair to try again. I'm happy to report that this visit was fantastic! The food was as delicious as we remembered, and the service was exceptional. Our waitress was not only charming and professional but also attentive to every detail during our dinner. My family and I were thoroughly impressed this time around, and we will definitely be returning.

There is only one thing that could have been better. I had made reservations for 3, and the lady couldn’t find the reservation. Strange as the restaurant was not busy. Two of us arrived and were waiting for our friend. Turns out our friend had arrived prior to me, and was in the back corner waiting for us. I asked the waitress a couple of times to watch for our friend. If the reservation had been on the computer where it should have been, our friend wouldn’t have been sitting alone at the back of the restaurant wondering if she got the dates mixed up.

We absolutely love the chicken fingers tossed in medium sauce – they’re honestly the best! We also tried the boneless chicken thighs with medium sauce, and they were tender and delicious. I’ve visited the restaurant once for takeout, and while we were there, we enjoyed some drinks. Overall, it was a great experience! Réservez une table maintenant

I had a great experience that the service was amazing that the noise level was expected. it was the perfect place to go for a date. I have not been there for years, but I will be back soon it was an amazing experience. the food was good. the reservation was easy where they waited for us and sat immediately.

Food was really good, service a little slow considering the number of employees. Was really busy when we arrived but we were almost the only ones left..keep in mind we had 2 children who were slow eaters.

The waitress was friendly. My spouse ordered a beer, but then requested a Coors bottle instead. It seems that the order placed for payment isn't being taken care of properly.

Kelsey's in Brantford is a favorite restaurant for our family. The service is always friendly, and the food is consistently excellent.

eating does not seem to be as good as it was earlier, and it is quite loud on the bar side, so we will not be back soon.
