I regularly get my Thai food from this place and it has always delivered. it is a little expensive, but eating is authentic and always comes hot and in good time. some people complain about how long it takes, but order on Friday/Saturday...Night too peak time and this place is super busy (I have been there when I collected food and the phones never stopped ringing). I love spicy eating and actually spent some time in Thailand and did a series of cooking classes, I was the one who was always happy to add an extra chili or two to my food....ab.... I went thai hot and it was definitiw the upper end of my spicy card: so warn her! always great and delivery kerl always friendly and find our simple place.

Given this place many second' chances but never again. I understand waiting times are long just now but even when I was given a 75 minute wait time I didn't expect it to take two hours! I rang the take away and was told the...order was in the kitchen and would come soon. Okay so you would expect it to arrive nice and fresh, well it arrived cold and stale. I live close by. I rang to complain but no manager was available. When the manager did reply a couple of days later there was no real apology, no offer of a refund at all. Had I received this food in a restaurant I wouldn't have eaten it or paid a penny. They just didn't care about our experience. Such a waste of money, never again.

Have had a few problems before but gave them another go. Our order was wrong, they sent a chicken dish which should have been vegetarian and then had to wait a further 40 minutes for a replacement. They didn’t seem bothered by the mistake. Ordered...a mild meal and it came with chilli’s in with the seeds and it certainly wasn’t mild. 2 of our group ordered the same meal both with beef and following day they both ended up unwell, everyone else was fine. Will never use again as there is always a problem or long delay in delivery. Very poor.

Ordered it once. Never going to order it again. First, the phone operator was extremely unkind and treated me in a rude manner. The food came 25min late. Chicken was decent, Curry without taste. Overall, an absolute disappointment.

Excellent customer service. Our beer was missing from our order but after phoning it was delivered within 10 minutes. Food is absolutely delicious.
