Kenko Hibachi - Réserver une table

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at this place. My experience was extremely negative, and I feel it is important to bring to your attention the issues I encountered during my visit.Firstly, the waiters who served my table were not attentive and did not seem to care about our needs. Instead, they spent most of their time talking to their girlfriends at another table, which made me feel like an afterthought. Secondly, despite the restaurant not being full, my party and I had to wait for over an hour to receive our food. After an hour, the waiters presented us with the check and asked us to pay, even though we had not received our order. It was only after another 20 minutes that we finally received our food, which was unacceptable.To make matters worse, I never received a refill for my drink during the entire meal, and I had to resort to drinking from my friend's cup. The waiters never paid attention to our table and only seemed interested in their personal conversations.As a paying customer, I found this level of service unacceptable and not reflective of a restaurant that values its customers. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and take appropriate action to address these issues to ensure that future customers do not have a similar negative experience. The food was very good though, and that is why this is not a 1 star review.

I’m not one to leave a bad review for a business unless our experience was very dissatisfying. The service was really bad but the food was decent! Apart from that, our toddler was sitting on the booth and when we were about to leave she moves down so she could get up. Well, they didn’t have their booth cushions attached to the wooden booth. So as our daughter moves to a place where she can get up the entire booth cushion comes off and throws her on the ground. She hits her head and of course is screaming. The owner comes out along with all the employees and they just stare at us. There’s no oh I’m so sorry but they just stare as my husband proceeds to tell them they need to fix their booths. If the staff/owner would have cared a little more, I would never have written this. Nope no care in the world that our daughter could of actually been hurt. This failure is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I have been going to Kenko Hibachi since 2021. Recently, while traveling, I ordered from another hibachi restaurant. I will not do that again. It was horrible. Kenko Hibachi has my taste buds spoiled with their delicious dinners. They have the right mix of ingredients that are so pleasing.Kenko Hibachi, I am about to relocate to Glen Allen Virginia. Please consider opening a restaurant there so that I can continue to enjoy your dinners.Loving your food,Kim P

The food is consistently good but the service has not made the trip worth it the last few times. Previously parts of an order were missing and I was told they couldn't do a refund. Recently an order was placed for pickup. I showed up at the pickup time and still waited for more than 20 minutes with no explanations. Overall it's just a disappointment no matter the food quality.

This is a great place if you want to just relax, it has a coffee shop like atmosphere.The staff is not extremely attentive but they are very kind.I will have to go back and review them again at some point but overall I would suggest this place for anyone that has a little extra time.
