Bei vergleichbaren fastfood Ketten wird einem die Bestellung dann zubereitet, nicht aber bei diesem KFC, die Mitarbeiter haben sich geweigert mir meine Bestellung zuzubereiten, weil sie die crispys nicht mehr bereit liegen hatten. Ständig wollten sie mir stattdessen Hotwings anbieten, die sind aber 1. Kleiner, also bekomm ich weniger für mein Geld und 2. vertrage ich die scharfer Würzburg nicht. In addition to the Chilli Cheese Pommes, the food here always tastes very good. The staff is totally nice, although it is sometimes very stressed. The Kentucky is very good to reach through its central location and there is always something going on. Until now I have never got a wrong order and the staff still offers one of my own ways to vary the buckets, for example, which I personally liked very well, as I did not know before. The seat is good and sufficient and is often clean.
Personally, it always tastes very good here! Especially the different variations of Nuggets and others I find good. The restaurant is also clean and the staff is always friendly for the customers. Hatte pommes mit crispy bacon und käsesosse bestellt. Beim ersten mal war kein crispy bacon drauf. Angesprochen und unglaubwürdig wurde ich gefragt ob ich sicher bin.... Gut nach maximal 1min bekam ich eine box mit pommes und kalten speckwurfeln, die nicht mal crispy waren. Tische dreckig, der lappen wird als erstes fur den tisch und dann fur die bänke benutzt. Lauwarme Pommes und nur eine Portion statt bestellter zwei…. 3 Salate statt bestellter 2 …. Das Fleisch hat geschmeckt als wäre es schon den zweiten Tag warmgehalten worden!!!! Und zu allem Überfluss noch viel zu teuer selbst wenn alles super gewesen wäre, wäre es viel zu teuer!!! Alles in allem ein absoluter Reinfall!!!!!!
Der Crispy Chili Burger war nicht einmal bis zu Hälfte mit einem Hähnchenfilet gefüllt. Geschweige davon dass er nicht ansatzweise aussah wie auf dem im Angebot gezeigten Bild. Der Wasserhahn auf der Herrentoilette könnte auch mal erneuert werden… Da muss ich nicht nochmal hin.

Brauche ich nicht. Wie in einer Kantine mit Selbstbedienung. Bestellen kann man nur über den Automaten Zur Mittagszeit sehr leer. Keine 10 Gäste.
