By the time everything finally arrives, the rest is already cold! When we got home, we discovered that instead of the original chicken bites, these weird cheese bites were in the box. The sauces for the meal were also missing. We called and complained – supposedly we had ordered the wrong thing because of the missing sauce (which is 100% not the case). I've been here quite a few times now, and I was really happy when a KFC finally opened near me. Unfortunately, there's still a lot of room for improvement. The chicken pieces are dry, not juicy. The chicken skin is unpleasant, even inedible. I miss the fries; the potato strips apparently they've been replaced recently) are limp, not crispy. The coleslaw expires a day later; it used to be fresh—now it's just mass produced? The cheese sauce—it's advertised as being overflowing, but you only get a tiny bit... The drinks, Zero? No thanks. Katastrophaler Service ich würde gerne 0 sterne vergeben, ich hatte mir heute einen Hot Wing Bucket geholt, vei eer Zubereitung hat nebenan ein Mitarbeiter mit einer Chemikalie Rümgesprüht. das geht gar nicht habe 15 minuten für hot wings gewarte um 21 30 wohlgemerkt. ECKEL DES GRAUENS
Das Essen war so kalt, dass ich fast vergessen hätte, dass ich keinen Tatar bestellt habe. Bei so einer Qualität sollte die Managerin dringend ausgetauscht werden.

„Pommes“ kann man die gelblichen Dinger da nicht nennen, Ketchup vergessen, „Burger“ mehr Soße als Burger, Wings kalt und trocken.
Wir hatten Hunger und dann kam der Küchenmitarbeiter und hat uns 20 € kostenlos gegeben, dass wir etwas essen können
Essen schmeckt gut und der Mann von heute Abend war sehr freundlich da kommt man gerne wieder.
Lieferung katastrophal und das Essen ist meist kalt, bestellt ihr auch garkeinen Fall!!!
