We asked her to tell her that she could tell our waitress that we were ready to order, and she said rudely that I am not your waitress! We said not what we said. She said I'm just saying, I'm not your waitress, she spoke very rude to my 68-year-old father. I didn't feel comfortable giving my money or eating out of this facility after this. This may seem small, but customer service goes far. I won't recommend this place. This lady was afro-American with thick eyelashes, short and caramel completion with a long weaving in a pony tail. This place is terrible in customer service. I came today 9 13 2022 and had sat for 20 minutes without recognized .no offer of water no offer to take my order, I will not be with you. Nothing. I sat at table 7 at 1:00 in the afternoon and watched 2 waitress ignored me and my daughter and waited for 3 people who came to .if 1 the waitress heard that I say to my daughter we go, I had enough. Then she realized that nun was waiting for us and was surprised that we went out. Service must be better than I'm not protecting. You lost a loyal customer. And yes, everyone I work with will not go there.
Nothing for Veterans day, The coffee tastes like hot water with a splash of coffee. The chicken and mushrooms omelet was good tasting but the presentation could have been better. It really was just scrambled with a slice of cheese on top. I don't knowif it fell apart or what but it didn't look like an omelet. Head cashier was kinda curt. Made no offers regarding the coffeejust said. You still gotta pay for it. ???? could have asked of I liked a tea instead but nah.

The food was ok...had breakfast food...coffee was STRONG western omelet was ok, sausage was kind of greasy not too tasty, toast was not quite toasted hash browns were not tasty. However, server was cheerful attentive made the event much better for me. I would not necessarily go again for breakfast.
Been going here for years. The food is always good and the service is excellent. I do call in orders, as well as dine in. To top it off, the price is right. Today, I saw a team working together. This is the kind of business that is good for Southfield. Keep up the good work Kerby’s on Northwestern.
The coney dogs here are 8.5 out of 10. Stopped in for lunch because I was working down the road and our food came out super fast. We ordered, ate, and were back on the job site before lunch was over. My friends had the chicken sandwich and said it was really good as well.

The blueberry pancakes were delicious and Turkey sausage had good favor. I like my sausage to be little more crispy. I will be sure to include in my instructions on my next order. I will be back. Thanks for my breakfast
