we expected the reopening of kervansaray, now called kervan kitchen. what a difference! the now larger, double-folded restaurant was renovated on a very high standard. curved columns they feel in another room, with each part of the restaurant. some walls are decorated with wood, others with brick, and others with beautiful patterned stones it is really attractive. there is now a large bar area where they can enjoy a drink when they arrive a little early. the bathrooms are decorated with a high standard with beautiful crystal stones. especially I enjoyed the 'Icon photos' by elizabeth taylor, audrey hepburn and marilyn monroe, a nice note! a lot of planning has gone to this restaurant, a big success! the new leather seat is comfortable, smart chairs and the Turkish laternenprojekt pleasant lighting. there is a newly redesigned menu and wine menu with new cherry and large wine glasses. everything was thoroughly thought out to give this restaurant a five-star feeling. during the reflexion, the prices have increased both on eating and on wine, but we enjoyed the Turkish white wine, which was delicious and still at a great price. that was delicious as always. the lamb dogs are always tops that were served with a large selection of salates and rice. the aubergine with bechamel sauce was delicious! only a small hiccup and a small tooth problem, but the tables are a little close together so that it can get through a little unpleasant. as I said, a small tooth problem that will undoubtedly be addressed. we live in the gidea park and with a series of Mediterranean/Turkish restaurants around us, this is definitiw the number a restaurant within miles. the problem is that we have spoken to so many people that we all agree, which means that they have to book in advance, unless they have luck enough to go. when you say that the personal is super and I'm sure they do their best to take place. close to the gidea park station, this restaurant was always packed out and I can only imagine that going forward, with the quality of eating and price paid for, for such good food, it can only be more busy and more busy. So a little disappointing for us natives, as we wanted to keep it secret! back to the personal......... vera always greets us with such a wonderful reception and smile as the team that works there. they are really a joy and do their best to deliver the best of service. this restaurant is ideal for couples, families or groups. if they want a candlelight, quiet restaurant, that is not for them. this restaurant is cuddly, with a large ambiente, stylish decor, great eating and everything at a reasonable price. it won't take long until we get back. what a great addition to the gidea Park/Romford/Hornchurch area!
the new kervan kitchen visited yesterday on a busy Sunday afternoon. we had not booked a table but were accommodated and a good table, not all squeezed around a 4 seat with additional chairs, how often with a family of 5. the restaurant looks fantastic and the atmosphere was great, many people chatting. our meals were served immediately and were delicious, they served the children's meals asap, while the adults were happy to continue with their starters. despite how busy it was, the waiter was jovial, topped our wine glasses regularly and joked with the children. overall we had a fantastic meal and experience and I am so glad to finally have such a great restaurant in front of my doorstep that welcomes families and served great eating!
