Kerzenlicht Supper At Sonnenberg

Luca Haase gives the excursion restaurant the flair of haute cuisine with the routine of his experiences in the wide world, as he comes from the middle reaches of the Rhine in the Palatinate and brings Asian-European flavors with him. Thanks to its professional, relaxed, charming restaurant team, the palate will delight in the hotel's location, right in the middle of the stars, yet close to the earth in the forest and hiking paradise above Emmen and Lucerne. The latest idea: the interpretation of Ukrainian recipes, which were collected from the contributions of the new and chosen Swiss gastronomers from there and their cultural heritage on the Sonnenberg.

We were there today with our two children. We were served very nicely and the food was beautifully prepared and delicious. We were able to have the leftovers packed up. From the restaurant (terrace) we could overlook the playground. There are also ponies and rabbits there.

You can enjoy wonderful food here with the most beautiful view. No matter whether at lunchtime or in the evening. The terrace also invites you to linger outside when the sun is shining. However, on weekends when the weather is nice it is often very crowded.
