Kesar's An Indian Thali

I could not post the review without any stars, so I am giving it a one star. In reality it deserves negative stars. I picked up two orders of dabeli for lunch only to come home and find that the bread was covered in fungus. Not a small spot of fungus that is, but large splotches of them. There is no way the person preparing the order would not have noticed that the bread was rotting. I call to inform them of this issue and the person on the phone tells me to call back later to speak with the manager. They didn't even have the courtesy to take down my number and have the manager call back. This was by far my worst restaurant experience ever.

I visited the restaurant on a Monday when it wasn't very crowded. We ordered the Amritsari Thali, Punjabi Thali, Mango Lassi, Gobi 65, and kids' noodles. The Amritsari Thali was fantastic, especially the paneer naan, which was soft and generously stuffed. My favorite part of the Punjabi Thali was the palak saag. The mango lassi had a wonderful flavor, and while the Gobi 65 could have been spicier, it was still enjoyable. The portion of kids' noodles was a bit too large for my son, but he really liked them. The service was quick, and our server was very gracious. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

Unbelievable food!! very reasonable price and good quality and quantity.Authentic taste as per Indian region specific cuisine. Trust me, this is NOT a regular Indian restaurant where every dish is cooked in same gravy/base and at the end it taste the same. I would go back to try different dishes!

I had heard a lot about this restaurant, so we decided to try the Punjabi Thali and Kathiawadi Thali. The taste was just average, and the rotis were quite disappointing. We also tried the pani puri, but it didn’t impress us either. Overall, I don’t think I'll be returning. Food rating: 3/5. Réservez une table maintenant

I did enjoy the Biriyani the food had too many herb's in it in my opinion. The rice had a such wonderful flavor but I had to spit clove's, big basil leaves, and all spice out. I would probably try the noodles next time. I will stay away from seasoned rice for now.Food: 3/5

The service was very disappointing, and the server was quite rude. He used inappropriate language in front of families and children. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The food wasn't great either.
