This place is DISGUSTING!!!! the restroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, I ordered a smoothie and a bowl and the manager who took my order was rude and not patient with me at all. the smoothie was watery and just overall gross. The manager who made my bowl scooped water out of where they put the ice cream scoops and put it in my bowl to soften the acai, after blending she proceeded to top my bowl without gloves!!!! I was in complete shock. If this is how the employees are trained this place is a major health code violation and needs to be inspected or shut down IMMEDIATELY! I came in around 740ish pm definitely need to work on customer service. I've ordered multiple times before I've always gotten protein on my smoothie. For the first time I got charge for it even though the website clearly states free supplement. I told the cashier girl she said she had to charge me whatever was running late for work so I paid for it. Then they said the smoothie I ordered they didn't have the base for it. So I asked if I could change to a different drink then both girls said no. That I had to get that drink nothing different. My smoothie was the worst without the base in it.
I work near this location. The young ladies who work here, namely the one with the super long nails; have absolutely no hustle. It seems as if she is too melancholy to do her job. Does not greet patrons upon walking in. I have never seen someone work that slowly in my entire life. I'm definitely not a Karen, but based on the other reviews about this location, I'm not the only one who feels this way.
I absolutely love their fruit bowls, although they tend to melt quickly. Just be sure to have some napkins on hand! The flavors and service are always fantastic, though.

No customer service at all, no greeting as customers entered, busy with “other stuff”. Employees definitely need more training, no enthusiasm to be at work at all
The flavor was not good at all. I had ordered this dish before and it did not taste the same as it had in the past. It tasted like a hair mask.
It’s 7:44 and though the door says they are open till 8, the doors are locked. A few employees inside cleaning up just ignoring me. Who knew??
Very good service and had bowls Acaia and dragon. Yummy.... next time getting 2 of their smoothies...
