The service at this restaurant was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly. However, the quality of the food was disappointing. I ordered the blueberry açaí bowl, which was overly watery and tasted like pure juice. It was also much too sweet for my liking. When I tried to add peanut butter, I found that it was full of unhealthy oils like soybean and vegetable. Additionally, the styrofoam bowls were too tall and narrow, making it difficult to mix the bowl and causing the toppings to fall out when trying to eat. This was by far the worst açaí bowl I have ever had. I was unimpressed and will not be returning. Thankfully, the staff were the only positive aspect of my experience.
I visited this restaurant on July 5, 2023 and had a terrible experience. I went through the drive-thru and ordered an acai bowl, which was fine. However, when I went to pay at the window, I had to wait 15 minutes for the person working there to try to give me the order from the car behind me. After repeating my order, it took another 10 minutes for them to finally give it to me. In the meantime, a car full of four people went in and came out while I was still waiting. The acai bowl I received was completely melted, like drinking cold water. This was the worst experience I have ever had for over $9.
Walked in to pick up my app order to no one out front and my receipt from my app order hanging off the printer. Order not made. Complete moot point ordering online. Guy walks out and asks what I’d like. I asked for my online order. The previous reviews speak unfortunate volumes about this location and its pattern of not completing online or drive thru orders. Def prefer the academy location.

The consistency and tastiness of Keva's smoothies are always on point. Their prices are very reasonable, especially when compared to other smoothie shops.
Ally was working all alone and managed to get everyone’s order out super fast. She is a great employee and an asset to Keva. We will definitely be back !
When asked how much protein in there smoothie .they had no idea . Shouldn't they know those things for being a healthy juice
