Arrived early to avoid the rush. Fast and friendly service. Clean! Efficient and clear operations in the front. Coffee was good. Plenty of creamer/condiments without needing to request. Took a bit for the food despite the handful of tables actually seated(mostly empty) and most eating already. which was the not so good part. Bacon and toast over cooked, pancakes rubbery, eggs overhard equal scrambled then fried. Well done homestyle potatoes hard as rock and super soft one combo. Would return thanks tothe cleanliness and good service and options are limited.
This review addresses only the wait time after ordering. I’m giving one star, though it really deserves none. Two moms with three kids arrived just before 10 AM, and our orders were taken by 10:05 AM. The attached photo shows when we finally got our food! By then, many other customers were already leaving happy. What are the cooks doing back there? Is there even a kitchen manager? To sum up: orders taken at 10:05 AM, still waiting at 10:40 AM, and food arrived at 10:51 AM. I’ll share another review later covering the overall food and service experience.

We arrived at the restaurant at just the right time, and one of the servers, who appeared to be quite experienced, really made our visit special. She was polite and professional. Unfortunately, my main letdown was the food. To be honest, the lumberjack breakfast was not enjoyable. It featured dry toast, a dry sausage, eggs that tasted like they came from a mass producer (similar to pre-packaged egg beaters), and pancakes that were already cold by the time I managed to open a few butter packets, which took me 10 minutes.
We arrived early to avoid the crowd and were there before all but one of the servers, who was clearly knowledgeable. She was polite and professional. However, my biggest disappointment was the blandness of the food. It was incredibly basic. The lumberjack plate included dry toast, dry sausage, pre-scrambled eggs that tasted like they were from a distributor, and pancakes that had cooled while I struggled to open a few butter packets—something that took me a frustrating 10 minutes.
We had a wonderful breakfast at Keyes Pancake House this morning. Our server was incredibly kind and went out of her way to make our son feel special by adding hot chocolate and whipped cream to his pancakes. He was having a tough morning, and her thoughtful gesture truly brightened his day. The food was excellent, the atmosphere charming, and the service outstanding. I highly recommend dining here!

The breakfast was amazing, and our waiter was very courteous and attentive. Every dish we tried was delicious, reflecting the care they put into their service.
