We stopped in between the lunch and dinner crowd. There were several staff, yet the service was not great. We ordered 5 meals and 6 drinks. Everyone was super friendly and nice, just off the rhythm. The cocktail we ordered arrived first, then food, then milk for kids and then the canned beer. I mean, a canned beer takes longer than a cocktail!?! One burger came out without cheese and they actually asked if we wanted it melted on!!! Really?!? The bill came and the credit card was run and the total differed from what was charged. At the very bottom of the receipt buried in lots of text is a note saying you pay the credit card fee. No one mentioned it and that feels sneaky. Also, they do a flat...
To make matters worse, we ended up leaving at 9:30 PM without the trivia ever starting. A server informed us that the host had arrived late around 9 PM and had mentioned that the start time had been moved to 8:30 PM. Although I understand that the restaurant isn't responsible for this mix-up, I do think they should have communicated about the delay. We waited longer than most guests in hopes of giving them the benefit of the doubt, but many people left during that time because we were essentially left uninformed about an event that never happened.

Very underwhelming. Expensive for what it is. A side can not make a meal. No seating inside to sit and eat. My Black Sabbath had little to no brisket or mushrooms in it. Not work the money for the portion sizes. Coke in the fountain was all carbonation. They had no ice in the machine as well. No other pasta options were presented no gluten free option. Dark ambiance. Loud rap music playing in the restaurant. Minimal options for eating. The staff did not talk to us once other then to check us out and when he did talk it was hard to hear over the music.
My friends and I have been visiting Mac Shack for about a year and a half, and I’ve generally enjoyed most of my meals there. I highly recommend going on Mac Monday, when large macs are half off with a drink. However, I think the prices on other days of the week are a bit on the high side. I really appreciate their rotating weekly specials, although there have been a few instances where the toppings were a bit lacking. Overall, it's a great place for takeout, and the new location offers more space for dining in as well.

I didn't realize it was Mac Monday until I put in my order and the employee kindly told me about it. I went with the Fleetwood Mac which is pesto, tomato, and mozzarella. I wish it would've had a little more tomato, but overall it was high quality Mac and cheese.I had spent less than $10 for a full sized drink and a large portion of Mac and cheese.
The meal was decent; we ordered the large portion to share. To be honest, it's just mac and cheese. Perhaps dining in-person might enhance the experience, but I've definitely had better mac and cheese at other places. That's just my honest take. The pie was passable as well, more like a fluffy mousse with a few chocolate crumbs at the bottom.
The Fleetwood Mac was great! There were plenty of tomatoes and lots of cheese! The Pink Floyd had lots of ham and onion. Even the original mac was delicious! It was all surprisingly filling. I will be ordering from here again for sure!!
The food was delicious, but the portion size for the price is almost laughable. When ordering the regular size via DoorDash, you end up paying $20 for what amounts to the size of a Gerber baby food container of mac and cheese.
