Worst service ever!!! Was told my wings would take a few minutes cause they drop them in as they 're ordered which sounds ridiculous! It took 25 minutes. During the wait I was asked multiple times (by the cashier who took my order) if I ordered an 8 piece or f I ordered a famous bowl. I answered each time I ordered 2 8 piece spicy wings . She also asked other customers. How clueless can one be! I will never return there again. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!!!
KFC is just not as good as I remember. Something has changed with that breading which is bland and no longer peppery. Also they gave me an old dry chicken breast that was not fresh at all. It was so hard and dried out and reheated. If I was close I would have taken it back. Customer service and mgmt was very nice tho. And there prices are ridiculous for sub par food.
The staff were wonderful, but the chicken was disappointing—soggy, small, and tasted like it had been left out all day. Given the price we paid, I expected better quality.
This place always has something wrong! Never can get anything right and shorting you on something. Terrible place and Terrible management! Go somewhere Réservez une table maintenant
I appreciated the spacious dining area. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. As for the food, well, it's KFC, so you know what to expect...
This is the best KFC I've ever had! Everything was incredibly fresh. The manager is very friendly and ensures all your food is perfect.
There's nothing worse than getting to work ready to eat, then find out they gave you mash potatoes instead of mac and cheese.
