I’m sorry to say that this location is quite disappointing. The drive-thru staff are efficient at taking orders, but the preparation of the chicken and sides is simply off. It feels like they either don't know what they're doing or are cutting corners. The chicken lacks freshness; it's soggy and flavorless (I never thought KFC could be bland), and the fries are also soggy. I ordered the boneless bucket, which was supposed to include a large portion of popcorn chicken, large fries, and chicken tenders. I had a craving for chicken and decided to try this KFC location. I ordered 10 pieces of chicken for $30. When I got home and opened the box, I found only 1 breast, 3 legs, and 6 thighs, which means there were 9 pieces of dark meat. This was, without a doubt, the worst KFC experience I've ever had. Every piece was overly greasy and definitely undercooked. I might visit KFC once every five years, but this was nothing like what I remembered from the past. I used to work at a KFC back in the late '70s, and it's clear that the quality has declined significantly. I won't be returning to this location again and I'm very disappointed!
I had a pregnancy craving that was unfortunately not satisfied. I'm very disappointed. My husband specifically asked for extra crispy, but the popcorn chicken was quite pale. The original chicken had almost no breading on it, and the fries were soggy. I recall this place being much better in the past. It?s saying it?s open from outside I checked it?s closed. I don?t know if KFC franchise know they closed Sunday and Monday or it?s just me. even a days before i was in drive thru a guy who works there didn?t serve me it?s was around 8 pm. On Tuesday, July 26th, I ordered four 2-piece dark meat dinners but ended up receiving one 2-piece dark meat dinner and three 2-piece white meat dinners instead. Additionally, they overcharged us compared to the prices displayed on the signs. When we requested a refund, they did not refund the tax as well.
What a complete waste of time and money. I spent 20 minutes waiting in the drive-thru, only to get home and find a strange-tasting, oddly-textured chicken mess. It definitely didn’t taste like KFC, and nobody could finish it. I won’t be returning to this location.
